Llewelyn Lewis Sennik is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects Chartered Practices. Chartered status is awarded to registered architects practices that comply with strict criteria in an accreditation scheme that assures clients a high level of service. Work Experience in brief
Over 25 year' experience as a construction industry professional, working predominantly in private practices for both public and private sector clients.
Architectural experience has ranged from medium to large public sector housing and public sector hospital projects to a range of public and private sector commercial projects.
Commercial projects have included hotels, buildings for the leisure industry, and many industrial and office buildings.
Numerous projects for the Welsh Development Agency have ranged from speculative factories, to successful architect led design and build competitions over a period of 15 years.
Project Management experience includes consultative work for the Welsh Development Agency at Calsonic Llanelli (Technology Centre), the LG development in Newport and the Cardiff International Rail Freight Terminal at Wentloog Cardiff.
Working with clients and contractors developing non-adversarial forms of procurement, particularly partnering and target cost procurement, in the wake of the Latham and Egan reports on the construction industry A schedule of project-by-project experience can be provides as required.
Gareth Lewis has won a number of good design awards including gold medals both for housing and commercial buildings.
