An infill development of 12No flats situated on a prominent site overlooking Llandaff Fields and fronting the Llantrisant Road amid large red brick Victorian period residences.
The development of the site was considered by the City Council to be somewhat controversial but the design was accepted by the City Conservation Department as being in keeping with the street context.
